To minimise the risk to clients and staff during the pandemic, we have temporarily suspended our building based activities. Afternoon Tea & Singalong – Mondays at 2pm-3pm
Join us on Mondays for a friendly catch-up over a cup of tea and a hearty sing song – we’ll be singing old favourites like ‘Molly Malone’ and ‘Fly Me To The Moon’ – so start warming up your vocal chords! You can also expect to enjoy the occasional quiz and guest speaker. Free to attend.
Reading Friends – Tuesday at 11am-11.30am
Reading Friends Online Café is a place where friends meet to read things that please us; poems, recipes or thought-provoking quotes. We look at pictures too, share stories and see where the conversation takes us. So put the kettle on, treat yourself to a slice of cake and pull up a pew – chit chat & tall tales welcome! Free to attend.
Zumba Gold – Wednesdays at 11am-12pm
Zumba Gold is a Latin dance & aerobics class. Join today and increase your muscle strength, alleviate stress, make new friends and have fun! This class is free to attend but we welcome donations through People’s Fundraising.
Bolder not Older – Thursdays at 2pm-2.45pm
Flamenco – 22nd April – 13th May
Bring some Spanish flavours into your home! Known for its expressive use of the arms & rhythmic stamping of the feet, this class is a great way to keep fit, develop coordination and increase self confidence.
Jazz – 20th May – 24th June
Guys & Dolls, forget your troubles, get happy and sing with us in the rain! In this jazz dance class you will learn routines from musical theatre and classical Hollywood.

Lend an Ear – Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
It is good to talk and believe it or not, scientists have discovered gossiping actually decreases our levels of the stress hormone cortisol…not that we needed an excuse for a chin-wag! So if you aren’t able to access our online activities but would like some telephone companionship, please contact our Lend an Ear service on 020 8206 7503. We will arrange for a member of our team to call you on a weekly basis for a chat.
The Healthy Minds Computer Class on Wednesdays at 1pm-2pm and the Healthy Bodies Chair Yoga Class on Thursdays at 1.30pm-2.30pm are temporarily suspended. Please check back for further updates.
