Join Sherita on the third Saturday of every month for an hour of walking in the great outdoors. We will be taking in the local beauty at a variety of Brent’s nature hotspots. The benefits of walking are endless! It can reduce cholesterol and blood pressure, alleviate low mood and anxiety, improve bone health and memory, increase sensory stimulation and much more.
Our walking club is suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome. Whether you are recovering from long term health related issues, battling dementia or simply want to stay fit and sharp, we want to work with you!
