Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies
We are pleased to announce we have been awarded funding to deliver a new project throughout 2020 called Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies which includes a weekly Computer Class and weekly Chair Yoga Class. The Healthy Minds Computer Class takes place on Wednesdays from 1pm-2pm and participants can expect to learn: how to set-up an email account, send & receive emails and browse the web & shop online safely. The Healthy Bodies Chair Yoga Class takes place on Thursdays from 1.30pm-2.30pm. Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga and relaxation class for people who want to stay supple in body and mind.
